The Plot of Love Live! School Idol Project
Honoka Kōsaka is a girl who goes to an school in a place called Otonokizaka Academy. When the school is to be closed down due to a lack of applicants, Honoka becomes determined to save it. Honoka goes to UTX, where her little sister planned to go for high school, and sees a crowd watching a music video of A-Rise, UTX’s school idol group. Learning that school idols are popular, Honoka and her friends follow A-Rise’s footsteps to start a school idol group called μ’s to attract new students.

Love Live Sunshine!! (is a spin off of Idol Project) is set in Uchiura, Numazu, Shizuoka where one of its schools, the Academy, is planned to be closed down and merged with another high school in Numazu. Chika Takami, a girl without anything she really desires, is inspired by μ’s to gather friends and form their own school idol group called Aqours, seeking to promote the school to prevent that. In order to do that, they enter the same “Love Live” school idol contest once won by μ’s, which is much more difficult than before thanks to its increase in popularity.

The Plot of K-On!
In K-On! somewhere in Japan, four Japanese high school girls join the light music club of the all-girls private Sakuragaoka High School to try to save it from being disbanded. However, they are the only members of the club. At first, Yui Hirasawa has no experience playing musical instruments or reading sheet music, but she eventually becomes an excellent guitar player. From then on, Yui, along with bassist Mio Akiyama, drummer Ritsu Tainaka, and keyboardist Tsumugi Kotobuki spend their school days practicing, performing, and hanging out together.
The club is overseen by music teacher Sawako Yamanaka who eventually becomes their homeroom teacher as well during their final year of high school. In their second year, the club welcomes another guitarist, underclassman Azusa Nakano. After Azusa joins they gain more structure and begin to practice more.

Normal appearance, normal intelligence, normal in arts and sport… just normal. This is the entirely normal 14-year-old, Naru Sekiya. While she admires “Heroines” she continues to live a normal life until one moonlit night she meets a fairy. This foreign girl then guides her into the extraordinary world of the yosakoi dance.
No.5. TARI TARI
The story centers around five Japanese high school students who are too young to be called adults, but who no longer think of themselves as children. Wakana Sakai once took music lessons, but she withdrew from music after losing her mother. Konatsu Miyamoto is a positive-thinking girl who loves singing and spends time after school at the vocal music club. Sawa Okita is a spirited archery club member who dreams of becoming a horse rider.
Taichi Tanaka is a chronically late badminton team member who lives with his college student sister. “Wien” just transferred into Wakana’s class after 12 years abroad in Austria. Music brings Wakana, Konatsu, Sawa and the others together into an ensemble during their last summer in high school. The story is set in Fujisawa and Kamakura, Kanagawa.
